1. Services

MakersFlix provides done-for-you short-form video editing services including Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks, and Launch Videos. Services are delivered according to the plan selected at checkout.

• All plans are monthly, productized services with defined deliverable quantities
• Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on revision requests and footage quality
• Raw footage must be submitted according to our onboarding guidelines

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees.

• Plans are billed monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• We do not store payment card details — Stripe handles all payment data
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of creative services, we do not offer refunds once editing work has commenced. If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, we offer up to 2 rounds of revisions per video at no extra cost.

4. Intellectual Property

• You retain full ownership of all raw footage you submit to us
• Upon full payment, you own the final edited videos we deliver
• We may use completed work in our portfolio or marketing unless you opt out in writing
• You are responsible for ensuring you own or have rights to all footage, music, and assets you submit

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver great results, we rely on you to:

• Submit high-quality raw footage in the agreed format and timeframe
• Provide clear creative direction or references where applicable
• Respond to revision requests within 5 business days to avoid delays
• Ensure submitted content does not violate any third-party rights

6. Limitation of Liability

MakersFlix and Euphorya are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service in the current billing period.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing cycle.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of MakersFlix after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
